1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using WordShelf (the “App”), developed by Matias Labra (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
WordShelf offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Subscription status and entitlements are managed securely via RevenueCat.
5. User-Generated Content
You may create and save vocabulary lists within the App.
Privacy: Your content is strictly private and only accessible by you.
Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you create.
Responsibility: You agree not to store any illegal, infringing, or unauthorized content.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the App.
Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Matias Labra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your consent to the updated Terms.
